A clean, clear light gives the supermarket some freshness, as for an open-air market. Good lighting in a supermarket has to serve several tasks: to make it possible to orient oneself quickly, to accentuate the lighting and to stage the supply of the store.

The general lighting should provide comfortable and pleasant lighting creating an ideal atmosphere for the customer returning to the supermarket. All this also providing clear lighting and a comfortable environment for the team and the cash register.

The entrance area is used to present the products. Very often, the first impression decides whether or not the customer will continue his visit. Basic, glare-free lighting is recommended at the entrance.

Fish / Seafood

Meat or fish should always look juicy and fresh. Light color and color rendering are important factors in this sense. For red meat, it's good to choose a warm color. As for white meat, it must be highlighted by cold white light.

Shelves and aisles

80% of the environment is perceived through the eyes. Therefore, it is important to properly present the products on the shelves.

The accent lighting focuses on specific areas or shelves in the store. Products should be illuminated in such a way as to attract attention, and natural colors should not be distorted. For this, LED spotlights with a high color rendering are particularly appreciated.

Vegetables / Fruits

The lighting of fruits and vegetables must always highlight the different shapes and colors of different products. They must then be illuminated with spotlights and basic lighting.

Supermarkets have a large shopping area and therefore need more light to ensure the smooth movement of customers and sufficient visibility of the offer.

Here, LED Strip Lights and ceiling lights are very beneficial. A certain balance between the different lighting gives a certain quality of brightness.

Bakery Products / Cheese

For the presentation of cheese, and pastries, a warm white light is in the best choices.

This ensures that the crisp bread has an even more "crispy" look. The light color attracts attention and stimulates customers' appetite.
